Close collaboration with strong results

At WeMarket, we have built a close partnership with EPOS over several years, focusing primarily on Amazon Ads to increase the visibility of EPOS products and achieve improved ROAS. Targeted campaigns have enabled EPOS to reach a wider customer base and boost their market share on the platform. At the same time, we have worked together to analyse campaign data and feedback to continually refine our strategies.

The collaboration between EPOS and WeMarket began during a period of transition in EPOS’s sales team. Previously, they had received Amazon consultancy from a large American agency but were keen to try a different approach, so they joined our commitment-free introductory programme. EPOS was quickly impressed by our effective communication and our flexible, no fixed-term billing model.

Amazon is a vital platform for EPOS, as shown by their dedicated team working exclusively with Amazon on a daily basis. EPOS maintains a presence on Amazon US, the European Amazon marketplaces, and Amazon Japan, where their main focus is the B2B sector, which is highly significant on Amazon and its sub-platform, Amazon Business. Some of the largest companies in Germany and the US have agreements with Amazon, creating strong potential for a business like EPOS.

Targeted advertising and product rebranding

Recently, EPOS decided to rebrand several of their products – a relatively complex process. Launching a new product is one thing, but rebranding demands technical expertise, whilst preserving the product’s established reputation and reviews. EPOS uses Amazon Vendor, meaning Amazon purchases products directly from EPOS and handles the sales process, but EPOS remains responsible for listing, marketing, and other activities. This requires close collaboration and a thorough understanding of Amazon’s algorithms and marketplace dynamics. Working with WeMarket has enabled EPOS to meet these challenges with greater confidence and efficiency.
